Not one to be confined to self catering and B&B's when funds allow I take the time to explore some of the more affluent hotels. The Ardboyne Hotel definitely gets my vote for one of the best hotels that I've had the privilege of staying at. I've stayed at a few more hotels in the Meath area ie: Knightsbrook Hotel, Castle Arch and the Newgrange Hotel. I am an avid traveler and my point of call for the last year has been Ireland, Meath to be more exact.
